“THE BROTHER WHO SENT HIS SISTER TO THE ELECTRIC CHAIR” is the full title of this documentary, produced for French television and presented here as a world premiere, which explores the role of the enigmatic David Greenglass, whose testimony sent his sister and brother-in-law, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, to their deaths in 1953. 75 minutes.
