This quirky 2007 thriller, never released in the United States, features an unlikely hero, a gruff pathologist who reluctantly takes on the role of a contract killer to pay for his elderly mother’s cancer treatments. He carries out the assignment only to discover he’s been the patsy of unknown forces – and must save his own skin before the police close in.
