A lyrical homage to the city of Havana, Fernando Perez’ film is a one-of-a-kind work. Winner of many international awards, the film follows 10 ordinary Habañeros as they go about their daily routine. The characters range from ages 10 to 97 and represent the diverse groups that form the city’s social fabric. We follow their transformations as the workday ends and they prepare for the night, which brings about the daily renewal of this exceptional and fascinating city.
